Customer Service Associate - Front Desk
Contract Type: Fixed-term, 3 months (with potential to extend to 6+ months)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (rota basis)
No weekend work initially
Some weekend work may be required from month 2-3 onwards
318 units with amenity space, gym, and co-working room
About the Role:
Due to increased demand, we are seeking a Customer Service Associate to primarily cover our front desk operations. This is an administrative-focused role, supporting the smooth running of our front-of-house services while our current front desk team member transitions into a leasing associate position.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front desk operations and reception duties
Delivering excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Handling inquiries and responding to customer requests
Reporting and logging issues efficiently
General administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in Build-to-Rent (BTR) or residential customer service environments
Strong customer-facing background dealing with the public or established customer base
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
