The Role

• Based on a flagship new homes development in Kettering (Shared Ownership scheme).

• Managing enquiries, booking and conducting viewings.

• Lone working on site - perfect for a self-motivated property professional who likes managing your own diary.

• Thursday-Monday, 10am-5pm (two days off midweek)

• Weekly pay + £250 commission on every plot sold.

Who we're looking for:

• Background in estate agency, lettings, or property sales.

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

• Organised, professional, and confident working independently.

• Local knowledge of Kettering / Northamptonshire a bonus!
