We're recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant for a busy showhome near Folkestone, Kent. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent - perfect for someone looking to stay in property but enjoy flexibility.
What's on offer?
Part-time role - 3-4 days/week (Thursday-Monday preferred, flexible weekends)
£25k-£30k base (pro rata) + commission (£250 per unit sold)
Weekly pay through our agency payroll.
Temp-to-perm opportunity - long-term career potential with a rapidly growing boutique developer.

Role Requirements:
Previous new homes sales, estate agency, lettings, or property sales experience is preferred (but if you feel confident enough to back your sales experience and property passion, we still want to hear from you!).
Excellent customer service and administration skills.
Able to work independently and manage a busy sales pipeline.
Must have a car and full driving licence (travel required to sites in Kent)
