MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

We're looking for a proactive and skilled Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join our clients growing team in Kent. You'll be involved in a wide range of commercial and residential instructions, from project work and CAT A+/B fit-outs to refurbishments, dilapidation's, party wall matters, and more.

🔨 What You'll Work On:

• 
  Commercial and private residential projects
• 
  CAT A+ and CAT B fit-outs
• 
  Refurbishments across sectors (residential, commercial, industrial)
• 
  Dilapidations and party wall matters
• 
  Projects across the South East and wider UK
