Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional residential projects?
Do you thrive in a hands-on role where quality, detail, and craftsmanship truly matter?
We're working with a highly respected bespoke residential contractor known for delivering stunning renovations, extensions, and one-of-a-kind new-build homes. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee and lead projects from start to finish.
Site Manager responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for managing high-end residential projects on-site, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Projects range from complex refurbishments to architecturally driven new builds, and no two are the same.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing or supervising high-end residential projects (not volume house building)
- A solid understanding of the full construction process from groundworks to finishing
- Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and exceptional finishing standards
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (preferred)
- Positive, proactive attitude with a can-do mindset
- Comfortable working closely with subcontractors, clients, and the internal team to deliver outstanding results
What's On Offer:
- Salary between £40,000 - £50,000, + company Van
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- The chance to work with a growing, quality-focused contractor on some of the most desirable homes in the region
- Real autonomy and respect for your experience
If you're looking for a role where you can take real pride in your work and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork, then please reach out.
