New Homes Marketing Executive - Leading Property Developer
Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

In this six-month contract, you'll gain career-defining experience with a high-profile London developer.
You'll work across the full marketing mix (digital campaigns, content, events, PR, and design) in a hands-on role where your contributions are visible and valued.
Perfect for a property marketing professional looking to broaden their skills, enhance their CV, and make a measurable impact.
The Role
You'll support the Head of Marketing across a wide variety of tasks:
-
Deliver email marketing campaigns from copywriting to reporting.
-
Create and manage marketing collateral - brochures, signage, and digital assets.
-
Write compelling content for email, blogs, social media, and property listings.
-
Maintain property portal listings and CRM/CMS systems, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimisation.
-
Coordinate events, photoshoots, and press activity.
-
Assist with B2B materials such as presentations and award submissions.
What you'll need:
-
Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, ideally in a 360° role.
-
Proven property / real estate marketing experience (essential).

Strong email marketing skills (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
-
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
-
Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), CRM tools, and CMS systems.
-
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Why this role?
- Agile working supported. The whole office supports working from home 2/3 days per week (please note: this role will NOT suit someone who needs specific days at home).
- Amazing office culture: social days every quarter, DEI strategy, company days out (went to the Tate Modern for the day to see an LGBTQ+ exhibition during Pride month, etc. )
- Great experience and progression. A place with a great reputation as a genuinely lovely place to work.
