📍 Location: Headley, Surrey
💰 Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 basic | £60,000 OTE
🗓 Days: Thursday to Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join a friendly and professional team, working alongside an established Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of the development - guiding customers through every step of their new home journey. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover.

• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and agents.

• Maintaining presentation standards across the show homes and marketing suite.

• Providing detailed product knowledge and showcasing the quality of the homes.

• Working collaboratively with your teammate to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

About You

We're looking for someone with humility, warmth, and a collaborative mindset - someone who takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer.

You'll bring:

• At least 3 years of new homes sales experience (essential).

• A customer-first approach with genuine enthusiasm for helping buyers find their perfect home.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
