Part Exchange (PX) Advisor - Leading Housebuilder

📍 Location: Watford office (3 days) / Sites / Home (2 days)
💰 Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + £5,800 car allowance + performance-based bonus (TBC)
🗓 Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PX Advisor to join a leading national housebuilder, supporting customers through every stage of the Part Exchange process when purchasing a new home.

This is a dynamic and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build great relationships with customers and external partners alike.

The Role

As PX Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end part exchange process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing valuations, offers, and property progression from instruction through to completion.

• Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and customers to ensure deadlines are met.

• Supporting the sales teams to deliver a seamless journey for new home buyers.

• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively across departments.

• Visiting sites when required to support with customer meetings or inspections.

About You

You'll be a confident and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience within new homes, customer care, sales progression, or estate agency would be highly advantageous.
