Personal Assistant to CEO - Real Estate Development (New Division)
Location: West London (1 day WFH)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

About Us
Our client are a dynamic and fast-growing Real Estate Development company who a developing an iconic space in West London. They are currently at a pivotal stage of expansion within a newly established division. Over the past few years, this arm of the business has gained significant traction, and are now building the foundations for long-term success. Currently looking to hire a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the new CEO and help shape the culture of this ambitious team.
The Role
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This is more than a traditional PA role - you'll be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
Key Responsibilities
Extensive diary and calendar management for the CEO
Booking and coordinating meetings (internal & external), events, and travel logistics
Acting as the first point of contact and gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising requests
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
Helping create and maintain a positive and high-performing team culture
About You
You are confident, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You're someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done. You'll be instrumental in helping to shape the tone and culture of a growing team.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has proven experience as a PA or EA at a senior level (ideally to C-suite)
Is highly organised with exceptional time management skills
Brings strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
Is adaptable, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times
What We Offer:
