Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and controlling key safety documentation (the "golden thread") across the UK portfolio.
Reviewing, maintaining, and updating building safety cases to keep them current and compliant.
Liaising with the Building Safety Regulator and specialist consultants on all building safety matters.
Supporting property and FM teams with certifications, service updates, and safety processes.
Delivering training and guidance on health & safety platforms, ensuring teams get the most from their systems.
Raising red flags and reporting potential risks to senior management proactively.
Conducting on-site inspections to ensure full compliance with the Building Safety Act.
Supporting resident engagement initiatives around building safety and wellbeing.
Promoting a strong health & safety culture across the organisation.

Strong understanding of building safety legislation including the Building Safety Act and RRO 2005.
Knowledge of Building Safety Cases, MOR reporting, and resident engagement requirements.
Familiarity with safety management systems and contractor management.
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive - someone who's confident influencing teams at all levels.
A real passion for creating safe, compliant, and welcoming environments.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications
NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or working towards it).
Background in facilities management or property compliance.
Knowledge of ISO standards (18001, 14001, 9001).
Membership of IOSH, IFE, FPA, IWFM, or similar professional bodies.
