An exciting opportunity to join a leading agency representing a brand-new 31-unit development in Milton, near Didcot. This site is preparing for a highly anticipated show home launch, and we're looking for a polished, motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to take the lead.
You'll be the face of the development - managing the site independently, converting enquiries into reservations, and guiding buyers through a seamless customer journey from first contact to completion. This role offers genuine room for growth within a supportive and ambitious team, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
A typical day:
Opening and presenting the show home to a high standard, ensuring it's always ready for visitors.
Managing all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Conducting engaging show home tours, tailoring the experience to each buyer.
Qualifying prospects and converting leads into reservations.
Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and build teams to progress sales smoothly.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing daily and weekly sales reports.
Hosting launch events and supporting marketing initiatives to drive site traffic.
Providing consistent aftercare and communication to buyers throughout the process.
What we're looking for:
Background in new homes sales or estate agency (minimum 1 year)
Confident working autonomously and managing your own site
Proven sales track record and customer-first approach
Tech-savvy with strong presentation and organisational skills
Driven, proactive, and motivated by career progression and development
