Regional Sales Manager
Location: Based between the West London Head Office, Central London office and out on-site
Salary: Up to £70k basic + travel allowance + bonus + commission (OTE up to £120k)
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday

About the opportunity
An award-winning residential developer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across their portfolio of super prime developments. This role offers genuine autonomy over strategy, pricing, and performance, with direct accountability for some of the most sought-after addresses in London.

This isn't a desk-based management position. You'll be the face of each development, building relationships with high-net-worth buyers, setting the commercial direction, and ensuring every aspect of the sales process reflects the quality of the product. With multiple launches planned for next year, you'll have immediate impact and visibility across the business. The role offers exposure to truly exceptional properties in prime and super prime locations, giving you the platform to operate at the highest level of the market.
Key responsibilities
- Set and deliver sales strategies and pricing across multiple developments ahead of Q1/Q2 launches
- Represent developments in Sales & Marketing meetings, providing performance updates, competitor analysis, and market intelligence
- Take full ownership of snagging, presentation standards, and on-site sales excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and driving conversion.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales with full accountability for site performance
Requirements
- Proven track record in super prime residential development sales
- Experience selling properties at £4k psf and above with demonstrable credibility in this market
- Deep understanding of the super prime buyer profile, their expectations, and how to position schemes accordingly
- Ability to set and execute sales strategies that maximise performance across multiple sites
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, positioning, and market analysis
- Excellent relationship-building skills with high-net-worth individuals
- Ambitious, performance-driven, and passionate about selling super prime property
- Experience managing site sales teams
