Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + OTE £55,000+

Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a passion for sales and property? We're looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in North London.

About the Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties while building lasting relationships. You'll manage the full sales process from initial inquiry through to completion, providing exceptional service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings and negotiations with overseas clients
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers
• Generating new business through proactive prospecting and networking
• Providing market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Managing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions
• Delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous sales experience preferred, though full training provided for the right candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed
• Strong negotiation abilities
