As a Lettings Consultant, you'll take charge of the lettings journey from start to finish - meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. You'll be covering developments around Northampton, so a driving licence and your own car are essential (mileage is fully reimbursed).

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

• Showcasing stunning, newly built family homes and helping customers find their perfect match.

• Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing lettings to hit key occupancy and income targets.

• Providing exceptional service to every potential resident - ensuring a seamless, positive experience.

• Feeding back on marketing and pricing trends to the wider team.

• Coordinating with tenancy progression and property management teams to make sure every move-in runs smoothly.

• Delivering regular lettings performance updates to your manager.

• Experience in residential lettings, real estate, or property sales (BTR/PRS experience a plus, but not essential).

• A confident communicator with strong customer service and negotiation skills.
