Quantity Surveyor - Hotels & Serviced Apartments
£300-£350 p/d

We're working with a leading contractor specialising in high-quality hotel and serviced apartment projects across London and the South East. They're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a long term freelance basis, supporting a range of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes.

You'll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, from initial costing through to final accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial team in managing project budgets, cost control, and reporting

• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts

• Oversee procurement and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company and client requirements

• Provide accurate financial forecasts and contribute to commercial strategy meetings

• Support project delivery teams to ensure value for money and project efficiency

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out and refurbishment sectors (residential, commercial, or hospitality)

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts (JCT experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
