New Business Advisor (Property) - Peterborough
£25,000 basic salary | OTE £35,000-£45,000
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
I'm recruiting for a fantastic New Business Advisor to join a thriving legal services firm in Peterborough. This is a brilliant opportunity for a sales-driven individual who wants to earn great money while working with a genuinely lovely team!

The Opportunity
You'll be working within their New Business Team, acting as the first point of contact for property clients and referrers. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be:
- Managing incoming enquiries and providing fee quotes
- Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents and key referrers
- Following up on estimates and converting leads into instructions
- Cross-selling additional legal services across the business
- Working towards targets and KPIs in a sales-focused environment
- Supporting the property teams with client onboarding
