My client is hiring a New Homes Sales Consultant for a thriving Cambridge development. If you're an estate agent or sales professional who knows how to close deals and wants to earn serious money, this is your opportunity!
What You'll Earn:
- Basic salary up to £36,000
- Realistic first-year OTE: £60,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Paid milage
What You'll Do:
You'll manage the entire sales journey for buyers purchasing new homes on one of Cambridge's busiest developments. From initial viewing to legal completion, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding customers through their purchase.
Your day-to-day includes conducting show home viewings, building relationships with prospective buyers, negotiating offers, hitting sales targets, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisers to ensure smooth completions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (estate agency, new homes, or high-value B2C)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional presentation and communication
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong knowledge of the local area
