We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Mandarin-speaking Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team, representing a leading property developer across multiple prestigious new homes developments in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional with new homes experience to leverage their language skills and property expertise in a rewarding role with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell new homes across multiple development sites throughout London
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking investors and purchasers
• Negotiate sales and guide clients through the purchasing process
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Liaise with the developer's sales team and external agents
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales updates
• Represent the developer brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Essential Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English
• Proven experience in new homes sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Professional appearance and demeanor
