Our client is a leading name in affordable housing, known for rewarding high performers and investing in career growth. They're launching an exciting new development in East London and need an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to drive sales from day one.

The Role

You'll be the trusted advisor guiding first-time buyers and investors through their shared ownership journey. From initial enquiry to completion, you'll combine consultative selling with commercial savvy to match clients with their ideal property-and smash your targets while doing it.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage qualified leads and uncover client needs through consultative conversations
• Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations that bring properties to life
• Guide buyers through the shared ownership process with clarity and confidence
• Negotiate offers and close deals that exceed revenue expectations
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Proactively generate new leads and opportunities

• Basic salary up to £39,000
• OTE of £55,000
• 28 days holiday + bank holidays
• 3 months comission guarantee
• Tuesday-Saturday schedule (10am-5pm) - enjoy your Sunday/Monday off
