Team Coordinator - Residential Development Sales

Salary: £33-38,000 depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Coordinator to support our client - a busy and high-performing residential development sales team. This role sits at the centre of operations, working across UK and international markets including.

You'll play a key role in managing the daily operations of the team, supporting sales activity, maintaining compliance processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating international travel and organising property launches, to managing CRM systems and liaising with development partners, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and precision.

Your day-to-day will range from maintaining client portfolios and ensuring compliance procedures are met, processing payments, and managing critical systems like Salesforce. You'll also produce reports and dashboards to support senior management, and play a vital part in the reservation process across multiple regions.

Experience & Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a strong background in administration, coordination, or team support - ideally within property sales.

Key strengths we're looking for include:

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• A confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Experience handling international travel arrangements (desirable)

• Familiarity with CRM systems - Salesforce knowledge is a plus

• A good understanding of compliance processes, especially AML and client due diligence
