This role sits at the centre of operations, working across UK and international markets including.You'll play a key role in managing the daily operations of the team, supporting sales activity, maintaining compliance processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating international travel and organising property launches, to managing CRM systems and liaising with development partners, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and precision.Your day-to-day will range from maintaining client portfolios and ensuring compliance procedures are met, processing payments, and managing critical systems like Salesforce.
