The Role

You'll conduct market research, build financial models, and present findings to senior management to support investment decisions and quarterly valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

• Research market trends, supply/demand dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Compile comparable sales and lease transaction data
• Develop reports and presentations for senior management

Forecasting & Economic Analysis

• Build predictive models for market trends and property performance
• Analyze macroeconomic factors (interest rates, employment, policy) and microeconomic variables (zoning, local conditions)
• Update forecasts based on new data

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare investment memos and presentations
• Present findings to management
• Maintain accurate records and conduct quality checks

Requirements

Essential:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proven research experience and data management capability
• Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
