Client Services Executive
Location: West London (Head Office)
 Salary: £30,000-£35,000 basic + £10,000 commission
 Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the opportunity
A well-established and respected housebuilder, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their newly formed team at head office. This role has been created to support the business's growth as they bring forward several new developments across their portfolio. You'll be responsible for managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects and converting enquiries into appointments across their live developments. This position offers the rare combination of a Monday to Friday schedule whilst working in the new homes sector, making it ideal for sales professionals seeking stability alongside career growth.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound enquiries across multiple developments in a timely and professional manner
- Qualify leads to understand buyer requirements, budget and timelines
- Match prospects with suitable developments across the portfolio and convert enquiries into viewings
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and track lead progression
- Build rapport with potential buyers and provide exceptional customer service
- Liaise with on-site sales teams to coordinate viewings and handovers
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales journey
- Report on lead conversion rates and provide insights to support marketing strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service or lead qualification role within real estate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple enquiries
- Results-driven approach with a focus on conversion
- Professional telephone manner and customer-focused mindset
- Interest in property or new homes sector is advantageous
