Development Sales Executive - New Homes
Location: Wandsworth
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + 5% bonus + £35,000 quarterly commission
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (including alternate weekends)

About the opportunity
An established housebuilder is seeking a Development Sales Executive to join their team at a landmark development in Wandsworth, set beside vast acres of beautiful parkland. This is a sales negotiator role where you'll work directly with the development sales lead, presenting a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments alongside 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The position offers a structured working pattern with competitive earnings potential, making it ideal for sales professionals who thrive in property development environments and want to build their career with a respected developer.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct viewings and present properties to prospective buyers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Negotiate sales and guide buyers through the purchasing process from initial enquiry to exchange
- Maintain the show home and sales suite to the highest presentation standards
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers
- Manage enquiries through the CRM system and ensure accurate records
- Support the development sales lead in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
- Report on sales activity and market feedback to inform pricing and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales negotiator or similar property sales role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
- Confident using CRM systems and technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the new homes market is advantageous
