Client Services Executive - Uxbridge
£30,000 basic + £10,000 OTE | Monday to Friday | Leading Property Developer
Are you confident on the phone, motivated by results, and passionate about property?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, rapidly growing property developer as a Client Services Executive - a role that offers genuine scope for career progression within one of the most reputable names in the industry.
As part of a busy and friendly sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for following up warm leads generated through marketing, engaging with potential buyers, and introducing them to the developer's stunning new homes across London and the Home Counties.
What you'll be doing:
Calling through an existing database of active and future leads.
Qualifying buyers and matching them to suitable developments across 10+ sites.
Providing excellent customer service and accurate information about available homes.
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
Supporting upcoming site launches and generating appointments for the on-site sales teams.
What we're looking for:
Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner.
Previous experience in a client services or sales environment - property or estate agency experience ideal.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-centre-style environment.
Team player who's proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
