Marketing Executive - Residential Property Development

Location: Head Office, Vauxhall
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (permanent role)
Hybrid working: 1 day working from home

Role Overview

A prestigious property development company is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support key residential developments in London, with a primary focus on a major mixed-tenure scheme. The role requires strong initiative, excellent campaign delivery skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing activity across multiple developments
• Manage all marketing collateral, EDMs, digital campaigns, and creative initiatives
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve a target of 6 sales per month
• Regularly review and optimise digital performance and campaign impact

Candidate Profile

• Confident, motivated, and proactive team player
• Creative thinker with the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
• Excellent presentation, strategic thinking, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong digital and organisational capabilities
• Property marketing experience preferred, but not essential-attitude and drive are key

Working Arrangements

• Based at Head Office
• 5 days per week in office; 1 day WFH possible for the right candidate
• Standard hours 8am-5pm
