Business Development Manager - Off-Plan Property Sales

Salary: £35,000 + 1% commission on total sales value
Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic property team, working with our extensive broker and introducer network to drive sales of premium off-plan developments.
This isn't a direct sales role - instead, you'll be the vital link between our business and our broker partners, ensuring they have everything they need to successfully promote our high-demand developments to their clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and introducers across our network
- Collaborating with our marketing team to organise and host engaging agent open days
- Preparing brokers ahead of new development launches - which often sell out rapidly
- Supporting agents with product knowledge, market insights, and sales materials
- Acting as the key point of contact for broker queries and opportunities
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in real estate, specifically in off-plan sales (not secondary market)
- Background working closely with brokers or introducers
- Ideally from a property developer background (experienced agents with broker networks also considered)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Additional language skills including Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Russian, or Hindi
- Understanding of international property investment markets
- Experience working with high-value, fast-moving developments
