About the Company:
My client is delivering a major regeneration project in Greenwich. This is a long-term, design-led venture focused on creating a new, thriving community for over 30,000 future residents. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to residents, investors, and visitors.

The Role:

They are looking for a Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of residential apartments, ensuring proactive management, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. This role is well-suited to someone with around a year's experience in property management who is eager to develop their career in a supportive environment. You will begin with a very manageable portfolio, receiving training and guidance from the outset to help you build confidence, learn the ropes, and progress within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management

  • Manage a portfolio of properties to a high standard, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries, resolving issues efficiently using approved contractors and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular inspections, manage end-of-tenancy processes, and oversee deposit returns.
  • Monitor rent collection, address arrears, and advise on legal or insurance actions when needed.
  • Support tenancy renewals and coordinate seamless transitions during re-marketing.

Customer Service

  • Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords through clear, responsive communication.
  • Provide accurate, helpful information and handle all interactions in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Aim to exceed expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Operational & Compliance

  • Ensure all actions are logged accurately and systems are kept up to date.
  • Follow internal processes and comply with relevant legal and safety standards.
  • Register and offboard tenants on relevant portals and systems.
  • Support reporting on team performance and KPIs.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in residential property management. You will receive thorough training and be eased into the portfolio.
  • Understanding of tenancy legislation and maintenance processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
