They're now looking for a Lettings Manager - someone energetic, people-driven, and proactive, who loves connecting with others and turning potential into reality.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll be the driving force behind lettings success - generating leads, hosting engaging viewings, and creating smooth, positive experiences for new residents (known as Guardians).

You'll be part connector, part problem-solver, and part storyteller - helping to grow a community of like-minded, socially conscious individuals while shaping spaces that truly inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lettings activity and consistently exceed targets, working closely with a small, passionate team.

• Host viewings and follow up with potential residents to convert interest into successful move-ins.

• Manage inbound enquiries with warmth and personality, ensuring every potential Guardian feels welcome and informed.

• Keep property listings fresh, accurate, and engaging - showcasing unique spaces in the best possible light.

• Coordinate onboarding through an external admin team, ensuring every new resident has a smooth start.

• Maintain an organised and up-to-date lettings pipeline via HubSpot.

The Package

• £40,000 per annum + discretionary bonus

• 25 days holiday (plus your birthday off, and one additional day each year)
