Director of Property Management
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

I am working exclusively with a leading property investment and management business based in Central London, seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Property Management to lead their growing portfolio operations team.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established, forward-thinking organisation with a diverse portfolio of prime residential assets across London and the South East. The role offers genuine influence at board level, with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and client experience within the property management division.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Director of Property Management will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, driving best practice, compliance, and innovation across the portfolio. The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of operational property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of property and facilities professionals.
- Oversee end-to-end management of a substantial mixed-use portfolio across London.
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery, compliance, and ESG integration across all assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation within property operations.
- Oversee budgets, service charge reconciliations, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement.
About You
- Minimum 10 years' experience in property management, with at least 5 at senior leadership level.
- Strong technical understanding of both residential property management.
- ARLA qualification essential
- Proven leadership and change management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys being part of a collaborative leadership team.
