We're working with a leading UK residential developer delivering a multi-phase, £100m+ flagship project in North London. They are seeking an experienced External Site Manager to oversee key elements of the external works packages, including windows, brickwork, scaffolding, and GRC façades, on a major live site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on delivering high-quality finishes, managing complex interfaces, and working within a structured and reputable development business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all external envelope works on a multi-phase residential project.
• Oversee subcontractor performance across brickwork, scaffolding, window installation, and GRC façade systems.
• Ensure works are completed to programme, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and commercial team to manage progress and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain compliance with company H&S procedures and statutory regulations.
• Drive quality assurance on all external elements to achieve a best-in-class finish.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or External Works Manager with a developer or main contractor.
• Background in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes (£100m+).
• Strong technical understanding of envelope and façade systems.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential.
