Senior Site Manager - Large-Scale Multi-Phase Residential Development (North London)
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Location: North London

We're seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship multi-phase residential scheme in North London. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for leading site operations across several blocks, managing a team of Block Managers and Assistant Site Managers to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards are achieved.

The Role

• 
  Take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple residential blocks within a major live project.
• 
  Oversee and support a team of Block Managers and their Assistants, ensuring smooth coordination across all site activities.
• 
  Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider project team to monitor progress against programme targets and budgets.
• 
  Drive quality assurance, compliance, and health & safety standards at every stage of construction.
• 
  Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and logistics on a busy, multi-phase site.
• 
  Lead progress meetings, provide regular reporting, and proactively identify risks or delays.

About You

• 
  Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments (ideally RC frame).
• 
  Strong technical and construction knowledge, with the ability to read drawings, spot issues early, and ensure build quality.
• 
  Excellent organisational and leadership skills - able to motivate and guide multiple teams on a complex, high-value project.
• 
  A solid understanding of programme management, sequencing, and project planning.
• 
  SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
