Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Canary Wharf

They are searching for someone with experience in a high-performing Sales team (within Estate Agency) and ideally a track record of upskilling colleagues underneath them. A huge part of their business is progression and improvement, so there will be ample support from those above to help you strive forward the the team and office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales negotiators within the office
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors - WIN BUSINESS
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organisation

Basic: £35,000

OTE: £80,000
