Project Manager Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction and development programmes across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll take full ownership of project outcomes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to some of the UK's most exciting development projects, all within a flexible, trust-driven working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Oversee the full project life cycle, from early feasibility through to completion, ensuring cost, design, quality, and programme targets are achieved in line with client expectations.
Development Monitoring
Represent funders or landowners, reviewing compliance, monitoring contractor performance, assessing valuations, and ensuring key contractual milestones are met.
Feasibility & Viability
Lead consultant teams to evaluate the commercial and strategic viability of developments, providing clear, independent insights and evidence-based recommendations.
Contract Administration
Act as Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator, ensuring contracts are managed proactively and professionally, while offering informed guidance throughout the process.
Client Engagement
Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers value-focused outcome's on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.
What We're Looking For
Professional qualification (ideally Chartered - RICS or equivalent)
Strong track record delivering projects in sectors such as sport & leisure, public/government, residential, or heritage
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with clients and wider teams
