Sales Executive - New Homes

Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + £55,000 OTE
Are you an experienced sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in the new homes industry? We're recruiting Sales Executives across multiple developments in Hertfordshire to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales success.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll take complete ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond. You'll be the trusted point of contact for purchasers, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence while meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from first contact to completion, becoming the go-to reference point for customers and stakeholders
- Drive sales performance through proactive lead generation, market research, and strategic marketing activities
- Ensure show homes and developments are presented to the highest standards at all times
- Facilitate the purchasing process by promoting recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors
- Conduct home demonstrations and handovers, ensuring customers are fully familiar with their new property
- Provide ongoing aftercare support following customer move-in
- Meet all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes
- Maintain health and safety standards for all visitors and colleagues on site
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Previous sales experience within the housing/property industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of sales excellence
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Computer literacy and administrative capability
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with one weekend off in six)

Working Pattern
Weekend and bank holiday working is required as standard, with one weekend off in every six guaranteed.
