What you'll own
Full responsibility for your own portfolio of assets and developments.
Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling support for key projects.
Month-end (but streamlined) and improved reporting packs for senior leadership.
Building new processes, implementing systems, and enhancing financial controls.
Providing insight that shapes how tens of millions of pounds are deployed.
What they're looking for
Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Strong management accounting experience - ideally with some real estate exposure.
Someone who wants more than BAU - someone who wants to build, influence, and own.
