Sales Consultant - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker

Salary: £30,000 basic + £55,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant with fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to join our growing team in Reading.

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients, helping them find the right solutions for their needs. You'll be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing clients in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking community
• Provide product demonstrations and consultations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (written and spoken) is essential
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
