Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a passion for sales and negotiation? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team in Bath and help us serve our growing Mandarin-speaking client base.

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and driving sales success. Your Mandarin language skills will be invaluable in connecting with our diverse clientele and opening up new opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Mandarin-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
• Identify new business opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking community
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
• Proven sales or negotiation experience (or transferable skills)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
