Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from instruction to completion.

• Conduct market appraisals, viewings, and client consultations with professionalism and confidence.

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and the business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local stakeholders.

• Deliver expert market knowledge to clients, providing guidance throughout the sales process.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed branch and individual sales targets.

• Ensure all activity complies with industry legislation and internal compliance standards.

• Represent the brand with integrity, excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude.

• Work pattern - 1 in 3 Saturdays

Experience Required

• Proven track record as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.

• Proven track record of valuations.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure and progress sales effectively.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong knowledge of the local property market (or ability to get up to speed quickly).

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Full UK driving licence.
