The Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified property management professional to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to work on prestigious mixed-use developments and forge strong relationships with developers throughout the property lifecycle.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed-use schemes, overseeing both the operational and financial aspects of property management whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mixed-use developments from handover through to maturity
- Act as primary liaison between developers, residents, commercial tenants, and contractors
- Oversee service charge budgets, year-end accounts, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health & safety requirements, and lease obligations
- Coordinate planned maintenance programmes and major works projects
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and residents' meetings
- Support the transition from developer control to resident management companies
- Provide strategic property management advice to developers and clients
Essential Requirements
- ATPI or MTPI qualified (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Proven experience working with developers on mixed-use schemes
- Strong understanding of the development cycle and new build property management
- Excellent knowledge of service charge management and financial reporting
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
- Thorough understanding of residential and commercial lease obligations
- Proficiency in property management software systems
