About the Quantity Surveyor Role
A respected independent consultancy is looking for an accomplished Senior MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. In this senior role, you will lead cost and commercial management across a diverse portfolio of development and refurbishment projects, working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
Leading cost planning, estimating, and financial control on major development projects
Preparing, managing, and evaluating tender and procurement documentation
Overseeing contract administration, negotiation, and sub-contractor assessments
Managing value engineering, risk management, and change control activities
Producing clear and accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates
Supporting, guiding, and mentoring junior colleagues
Ensuring full compliance with RICS standards and client requirements
What We're Looking For
MRICS qualification (essential)
Strong track record as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy setting
Broad commercial and contractual knowledge across varied project types
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
A collaborative team player with the confidence to lead project delivery
