An award-winning residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join a high-profile regeneration project in Zone 2 London. This is a flagship scheme with significant upcoming releases, strong buyer demand, and a dynamic team environment.
The role is suited to a confident, commercially driven salesperson who can take ownership of leads, drive conversions, and maintain momentum through busy launch periods. You'll be joining an established sales team with strong support structures and excellent prospects for progression.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and conversions across current phases and future launches
Proactively manage leads and nurture buyers through the full sales journey
Deliver a market-leading customer experience
Maintain strong performance during high-enquiry periods and new release events
Ideal Candidate
Proven off-plan sales experience (developer background preferred)
Strong closer with a proactive, results-driven approach
Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
Able to balance sales focus with essential administration
Flexible with a rolling rota including 2-3 weekend shifts per month
