A prestigious London developer is seeking an energetic and highly polished Junior New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team on a major flagship regeneration scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, customer-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in new homes sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the full sales journey: enquiries, walk-ins, appointments and viewings

• Assisting with home inspections for buyers

• Covering the front desk when required

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completion

• Acting as a polished and professional representative of the development

What They're Looking For

• Switched-on, well-presented, hardworking individual

• Energetic, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment

• Excellent customer service skills and confidence dealing with a wide range of buyers

• Suitable backgrounds may include:

  • New homes sales

  • Estate agency

  • Car sales

  • Viewing assistant

  • Office manager or front-of-house roles

• Someone hungry to learn, grow, and progress within the new homes sector

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm

• Saturday (every other): 10:00am - 5:00pm

• No Sundays
