Real Estate Investment Analyst Deverellsmith has partnered with a PE-backed investment manager. This is a growth hire where the individual will work on new acquisitions and support the team. The sectors covered will be Grade A offices, Resi, and alternatives, with a focus on London. The role <ul><li>Build and update financial models to evaluate investment and development opportunities</li><li>Prepare investment analyses, valuations, and business cases to support capital allocation decisions</li><li>Assist with acquisition processes, including due diligence and negotiations with external parties</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis</li><li>Analyse economic and market indicators impacting project returns</li><li>Support the preparation of short-term and long-term financial forecasts</li><li>Prepare materials and presentations for the Investment Committee, management, and partners</li><li>Produce quarterly valuations and performance tracking for individual projects</li><li>Support business development initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, and bank (re)financing discussions</li><li>Contribute to monthly project reporting for senior management and the board</li><li>Provide analytical support across departments as required</li></ul> About You <ul><li>Strong analytical and financial modelling skills</li><li>Relevant degree</li><li>Experience in real estate investments</li><li>Ability to interpret market data and financial information clearly</li><li>High attention to detail with strong organisational skills</li><li>Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
