🎯 Who You Are:
🔥 An accomplished closer with proven off-plan sales experience (developer background preferred)
🔥 Confident, proactive, and hungry for results
🔥 Capable of balancing sales focus with essential admin duties - but your sales skills are your superpower
🔥 Flexible, comfortable working on a rolling rota, including weekends (2-3 per month) with two consecutive days off
