Project Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus

We're working with a well respected London developer on a major new-build student accommodation scheme comprising multiple high-rise tower blocks. This is a substantial project and an ideal opportunity for a Project QS looking to take on real responsibility within a committed commercial team.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Commercial Manager as the No.2 on site, working on the procurement and commercial management of key packages and providing day-to-day support to an Assistant QS. The programme is fast-paced, technically challenging and highly collaborative, offering genuine scope to make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing procurement and tender processes for multiple high-value packages
• Providing accurate cost reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis
• Working closely with the Commercial Manager on strategy, risk management and programme delivery
• Overseeing subcontractor management from award through to final account
• Supporting and developing an Assistant QS as part of the wider commercial team

We're looking for someone with proven experience on large-scale new-build schemes, ideally high-rise or complex multi-block developments. Confidence in managing significant packages, strong communication skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset are essential.
