We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a prestigious luxury estate agency with a portfolio of high-end properties across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to oversee financial operations for a dynamic, fast-growing business while working alongside a network of outsourced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full financial reporting cycle, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.

• Oversee and coordinate outsourced finance teams (bookkeeping, payroll, tax advisors).

• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs across multiple European markets.

• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.

• Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth and decision-making.

• Drive process improvements and maintain financial controls in a partially outsourced environment.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or equivalent experience.

• Comfortable managing outsourced finance teams and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
