Working Hours - Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30 or 9am-6pm

Are you a hands-on leader ready to take ownership of a standout development in Bournemouth? This is your chance to lead operations across a stunning, design-led scheme made up of 159 apartments, modern offices, and buzzing retail.

You'll be the face of the site managing a dedicated team, driving service excellence, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from front-of-house to facilities and compliance. No two days will be the same, and you'll have real influence in shaping the resident and tenant experience.
