The Role:
This is a 13-month maternity cover position starting ASAP, with a handover period built in before the current postholder leaves at the end of February. This isn't your average sales management role - you'll need to be exceptionally organised and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a New Homes sales team of 3 people, driving performance and supporting the sales pipeline
- Overseeing refurbishment works on apartments being prepared for resale
- Instructing and managing contractors to complete apartment renovations to the highest standards
- Quality checking refurbishment works to ensure they meet brand standards
- Managing the notice period process for current occupants in apartments being refurbished
- Coordinating apartment completions and show apartment moves
- Maintaining momentum across the entire sales operation whilst managing these complex moving parts
What You'll Need:
- Essential: Proven New Homes sales management experience - this is non-negotiable
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to spin multiple plates simultaneously
- A switched-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Commercial acumen and the confidence to make decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A can-do attitude and resilience under pressure
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £45,000
- OTE: £80,000 - £90,000
- 5 days per week (including every other Saturday - 9:30am-6pm weekdays, 10am-5pm Saturdays)
