Salary: £31,250 basic + OTE £59,500

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to join our award-winning new homes development in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of three, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Weekend working required with a guaranteed minimum of one weekend off per month (often two)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous new homes experience is beneficial but not essential - we value transferable skills and the right attitude.
